WEDNESDAY: Only one college game to pick from, thank goodness I have experience with both of these teams as I was able to witness them both beat Indiana, here, in Bloomington... ouch.. O.K. anyway, it's Ball State vs. Central Michigan.. Ball State doesn't have their big player wide receiver and Central Michigan doesn't have their starting quarterback.. This one is tough mainly because the game is AT Central Michigan and they have owned Ball State in recent years.. but they lost to Purdue and the Cardinals have just too much to lose, Cards get this one done in one hell of a MAC championship game 35-32
THURSDAY: For the right to go to the ACC championship game No. 23 Miami (FL) is going to Georgia Tech to play a little football.. with a prime time running back and home field advantage the Yellow Jackets look ready to take on the 'Canes.. but all they will do is take them on, not win.. The U wins this one 37-21.. better luck next year GT (Adam will probably be mad because there is a meaningless game going on tonight in the NFL that nobody cares about and everyone knows the conclusion to already, Pittsburgh by 40ish)
FRIDAY: It's a shame the 5A match-up for semi-state has the two best teams left taking on the two worst teams left.. that is going to give me Lowell and Dwenger to talk about.. both teams are undefeated.. both teams have post-season experience and D1 athletes.. both teams have won a state title in the last 5 years.. but only one of these teams ended Delta's season.. and for that alone I love me some Dwenger, and look forward to the Saints bringing in the WIN. 35-27
SATURDAY: Sooo many good games this week.. such as the MSU Spartans at Happy Valley, or "The Game" between the Buckeyes and Wolverines.. of course the Maroon River Shoot-Out with Oklahoma U and Texas Tech facing off.. and then we come to my game of the week, a game that I will actually be attending.. that's right baby it's the Oaken Bucket game.. IU vs. Purdue.. you know the Indiana Hoosiers are bringing it back to Bloomington, hands down. 42-20 (plan for the score to actually be higher than this)
SUNDAY: A week where I am probably better off going with the prime time match-up of Indianapolis over San Diego.. I will raise you one and tell you that MIAMI will beat New England AGAIN.. that's right the Pats come to town and Sparano couldn't be more ready for them.. Phins win it at home 42-34
MONDAY: Green Bay at New Orleans for tonight Monday Night Match-up.. although this one is away from Lambeau the Pack will bring it's all in the prime-time game as we get our first chance to see the predecessor on Monday (If you remember, Brett did a pretty good Monday job) I think Green Bay comes away with this one easy (suck it Drew Brees and the University you came from) 28-17
SHOW ME THE MONEY!

Wed. I have to admit, the BSU Cardinals are damn good this year thanks to Nate Davis and the offensive weapons. Not only does he have a cannon for an arm but the offensive line is good enough to give him approx 203852.1 seconds to throw the ball every snap. Lets not forget that this "great Central Mich" team also got beat by the fricking Purdue Boilermakers. Cardinals might have a slim lead or even be down at half but they'll prevail and win by at least a TD by the 4th. 30-23. Congrats Cards.
Thurs. First off, Matt you're a dumbass. Yes I'm calling you out haha. While you were worried about Lebron and Melo playin "please tea bag my forehead", I was talking about a real football game that what? what? it went in to OT?? you're right..it was a shitty game that EVERYONE cared about but you my friend..well everyone and anyone who likes football...but this week, you're wrong..i could care less about the 1 and 8 BENGALS getting massacred in Pitts. While my gut tells me that the Canes will own the Jackets, I'm going to go out on a limb and say that the Hurricanes offense falls a part and turns the ball over too many times as their hopes of ACC Coastal Division champs falls apart in a 27-23 loss to the Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets.
Friday. I'll give my 2 cents when Matt decides to pick a game that more than 27 people care about, including himself.
Saturday. Jesus Matt....IU vs PU....matchup of the SUCK...3-8 vs 3-8...you're right..that's one hell of a game haha I don't even know who to pick in this game because it's like watching 2 high school football teams play for the 5A semistate that matt gets a chubby for....I'm going to go ahead and let Matt keep up with the pee wee league while I look at the big boys... the Red Raiders vs the Sooners...I love it... #2 vs #5...Oklahoma is going to come out PUMPED. Throwing sideline bombs and running it up the gut but Texas Tech is undefeated for a reason. They don't lose. Oklahoma will make a solid first impression, but Texas Tech is a 2nd half team and will keep that goose egg up in the loss column with a 33-27 win over the Soon to be losers.
Sunday. I love the games you pick Matt lol You're out of your mind though. Chad Pennington didn't face the same New England Pats last time they played. Matt Cassel didn't know how to unbotton his skirt but now that he has, is not only a monster in the passing game, but figured out he has some mobility too, unlike "I'm too pretty to run" Brady. Pennington barely put up 174 yrds last week against the Raiders while Cassel put up 400 yds vs the Jets. They wont lose twice to the Miami Dolphins... 40-27 Pats.
Monday. This will be a good game...bombs flying everywhere, especially from the home team. Everyone knows both the Packers and Saints like to throw the ball so I believe that the better of the 2 passing d's will win which will be the Packs. 35-30 win for the greenmen.
Better luck this week Matt
