Warning Of Future Disaster!?!?

What kind of campaign does this!??! Joe Biden attempts to warn America that we will be tested internationally!?! Not that he THINKS this will happen but KNOWS it will happen....am I the only one that finds this strange?? It's one thing to tell American's that Barack Obama is stronger than we give him credit for, that he can handle international issues placed before him, or that if put to a test, he could pass...but to WARN US, that there will, without a doubt, be a test within the first 6 months of the administration is remarkable.....I don't even know what to think.
