Colin Powell: On the Race

You know, it hurts. It really does. How far we've come. Civil rights and Affirmative Action (Touchy?) But as I have to say...and I really don't want to: Race has a big impact on this election. There we go. I said it. Take a look at Colin Powell. 4 star General endorsing Obama (This is a Screw you Bush!) That comment, might actually get this blog some attention. I should be in the mainstream media with that mouth. Rush Limbaugh says it like it is. "Where are the inexperienced, white liberals Powell has endorsed?" It really hurts for me to pull this card, the one that Lefties have pulled all election. But it's hard for me to believe race doesn't have anything to do with it. So since Powell endorsed Obama, does the military support him as well? Well no Timmy, thank you for asking. Here's a recent poll that is astonishing. It was taken by the Military Times. Now as you see in the wonderful graphs, McCain leads in every demographic, except the "African American vote". It's hard for me to believe that it isn't an issue, even though Powell said it wasn't. Touchy subject? Facts hurt.
